F-52DT & F-62DT Series Oil Separator
Product Description
The F-52DT & F-62DT oil separators are designed to separate lubricating oil from the high-pressure refrigerant vapor discharged from compressors. The refrigerant vapor containing oil particles enters the oil separator and passes through a metal mesh, where oil droplets are captured and condensed. The separated oil collects at the bottom of the separator and returns to the compressor crankcase or oil reservoir through a floating ball valve, ensuring efficient oil separation and protecting the compressor.
When the refrigeration compressor operates, the refrigerant vapor with suspended oil enters the oil separator. The mesh traps the oil particles, allowing them to coalesce and settle. The separated oil is returned via a float valve, completing the oil-refrigerant separation cycle effectively.
